Payment Processing:

Refund Policy:
- Pre-Recorded Courses: Refund requests for pre-recorded courses must be submitted within 14 days of purchase, provided the course has not been completed or extensively accessed.
- Live Workshops and Mentorships: Refunds for live events must be requested at least 7 days before the scheduled start date. No refunds will be issued after this period unless the event is canceled by us.
- Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days back to the original payment method.
Refund Exceptions: Refunds are not applicable for the following:
- Digital goods that have been downloaded or accessed.
- Subscription-based services after the initial trial period (if offered).
